1. A fee of €50 for a delayed latest check-in time and for missing the latest check-out time

2. A fine of €200 (plus compensation for damages to the accommodation) and possible immediate termination of the stay in case of:
    a) smoking in the accommodation premises
    b) staying with an animal   
    c) using drugs

3. A fine of €100 for losing the accommodation keys

4. A fine of up to €500 depending on the damage to items in the accommodation

5. A fine of up to €200 for excessive pollution of the accommodation premises
